Guidelines for Student while attending Classroom Program Classes at Institute as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) issued by Government of Rajasthan

  1. Student must bring his/her COVID negative report of RT-PCR from his/her home city. It is mandatory for student to undergo COVID-19 RT-PCR test at Kota, in case, he/she did not bring at his/her arrival at Kota. COVID-19 test at Kota may be chargeable for student.
  2. Student has to bring along with Consent letter duly signed by his/her parents, in order to attend Classroom Program Classes. It is compulsory to bring. Download from link :-
  3. Student must keep self-monitoring of his health. He/she, if having symptoms like cough and sneezing, fever, headache and anosmia (can't detect odor at all), than student should not come to institute to attend class till recovers.   4. Physical distancing must be strictly followed by student in institute premises.
  5. Students should carry with them Face mask, Face shield, Sanitizer, Handkerchief, Beverages, Tiffin of his/her own. Mutual exchange of mentioned belonging must be avoided.
  6. Students should use face mask throughout their transit period from PG/hostel to coaching.
  7. Face mask is mandatory to wear in institute premises and Washing hands at regular interval.
  8. Students should wash hand and sanitize, while spending time at Canteen/Mess.
  9. Strictly follow of practise of covering one’s mouth and nose while coughing and sneezing with tissue/handkerchief/towel/tilted elbow.
  10. Student must dispose their face mask, tissue, handkerchief into dustbins after use.
  11. Forming of Groups by students, shaking hands, crowding inside the institute premises is not permitted at all.
  12. Students carrying smartphone must download and install Aarogya Setu App and update time to time.
  13. If student need medical aid at Institute premises, related to COVID-19; primarily medical aid will be provided by Institute administration and later complete medical treatment by parents/guardian.
