International Mathematical Olympiad: RESONite Anubhab Ghosal will represent India

He will be making India proud in 60th IMO at Bath, England

In the 60th International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) 2019 Team from India, Anubhab Ghosal a student of Resonance is one of the 6 team members. He has been studying in Kota and it's a proud moment for Education City Kota, that one of its students will be representing the country in IMO in Bath, England from 11 July to 22 July.

Anubhab Ghosal is a Regular Classroom Student of Resonance, is a resident of Kolkata and has been studying with Resonance since class 11th. Other than being a part of IMO Team, Anubhav has also qualified for Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) with great marks this year.

35 students from all over India who qualified in Indian National Mathematical Olympiad (INMO) attended the Orientation cum Selection Camps (OCSC). From which 6 students were selected for the final Stage of International Olympiad. The selected team of 6 students will go through another round of training and orientation for about 10 days prior to departure for International Mathematical Olympiad.

Students of Resonance have been performing their best in International Olympiads. In 2017, RESONite Yash Sanjeev won a Bronze medal at “International Mathematical Olympiad” held at Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. This was the first Medal of Kota in IMO and Rajasthan finally got a medallist in International Mathematical Olympiad after a wait of 15 years.
