Terms & Conditions

1 Year Programs

  • All figures of fee are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Above mentioned Fee structure is applicable at KOTA Study Centre. It may vary at other Study Centres. Please contact respective study centre for the details of their Fee strcuture.
  • The Total Course Fee includes Admission, Infrastructure & Study Material Fee (SMF) & Tuition Fee (TF) (Including GST).
  • The Fee Structure is for one-year only i.e. Academic Session 2026-27.
  • 1st Installment is 60% of the total fee & 2nd Installment is 40%. 1st Installment to be deposited at the time of admission while 2nd installment on or before 60 days of course commencement.
  • Benefit of Rs. 5000/- is being offered on Lumpsum Fees (Single Installment) in all courses.
  • Any Scholarship will be offered only on Tuition Fee part of Total Course Fee.
  • If a student gets any scholarship, it will be calculated on Lumpsum / Installments wise fees whatever he/she opts.
  • The Course Fee includes Tuition Fee and other expenses like Study Material, Infrastructure & Facilities, Administration & Management and several other academic /co-academic / non-academic activities performed during the academic session.
  • The Rates of GST are as decided by Govt. of India and are subject to revision. Hence, the rate/amount of GST may increase/ decrease or any other tax may be introduced in future. The Institute shall pass on the effect of change (increase/ decrease/ intro of new tax) in these rates to students/parents, if any change is announced by the Govt. of India. The students shall be informed at appropriate time about the same as and when the Govt. of India announces the change.

2 Year Programs

  • The Fee Structure of 2 year course is applicable for 2 years i.e. Academic Session 2026-27 & 2027-28.
  • Lumpsum (Single Installment) Fee is Rs. 5000/- Less than the fee in Installments in respective months.
  • In 2 years course fee, Fee structure also includes Rs. 60000/- for Admission, Infrastructure & Study Material Fee (Inclusive of Taxes).
  • 1st, 2nd & 3rd Install. is divided into 50%, 30% & 20% of Total Fees.
  • Any Scholarship will be offered only on Tuition Fee part of Total Course Fee.
  • If a student gets any scholarship, it will be calculated on Lumpsum / Installments wise fees whatever he/she opts.
