Note :

1. Number of weeks for the calculation of fee refund amount will be calculated from the date of commencement of regular classes (Course/Batch) (As mentioned in the academic calender) till the date on which refund of fee is applied for.

2. The date of commencement of classes will be considered as mentioned in the Academic Calendar and not from the date on which the student joins the institute/ attends the classes or deposits the fee even if he/she is a latecomer to the institute.

3. If a Pre-Medical Division two year program student applies for REFUND of Fee, then the refund will be done as per rules mentioned in the ResoGuide. Calculation of amount will be done on actual fee of applicable year (i.e. If student applies for refund in class XI then the refund calculation will be done on actual fee of class XI of ResoFAST. Similarly, if student applies for refund in class XII, then the refund calculation will be done on actual fee of class XII Only.

4. An instance of deductible amount while exercising the amount of refund has been explained by way of the following example:

An Illustration:

Assuming a student of VIJAY Course deposits a fee of Rs. 1,22,895/- i.e. after 10% scholarship, as applicable in his case, (Total course fee Rs. 1,36,550/- including Caution money Rs. 2000/-) and he claims refund within the first week itself of commencement of classes, then the refund to be made in this case will be calculated as under:-

Total Course fees: Rs. 1,34,550/- (excluding Caution money)

Fee Received from the student concerned: Rs. 1,22,895/- (including Caution money)

Less: Fee Deduction

On I installment i.e. Rs. 82730 @ 20% : Rs. 16,546/-

Net Amount to be refunded: Rs. 1,06,137/- (including Caution money)

The similar pattern, as applicable, with respect to deduction and refund will be followed for all the courses.

Process for Fee Refund: If a student wants to leave the institute and opts for fee refund; he/she should follow the under mentioned steps:

  • Collect the pre-formatted application of fee refund from institute's fee counter and fill it completely.
  • Submit the filled-in refund application along with attachments (Original Fee Receipt(s), Original Identity Card and Study Material Coupons at Institute's Fee Counter.
  • Collect the Acknowledgment Receipt of Refund Application duly signed & stamped by institute's authority and keep it for future reference.
  • We issue the fee refund only by online mode by transfer through RTGS/NEFT to the Account No. provided in the Application Form.
  • The fee refund transfer shall be done within 14 working days (for students enrolled at Kota) & 21 working days (for students enrolled at study centres) from the refund application.
  • If the student/parents face any problem in the process of course fee refund; the office of Manager-Operations/ Centre Manager can be approached personally/telephonically or through letter/e-mail/fax etc.
  • The student/parents should understand that fee refund is a part of institute's policy and we follow the refund rules & regulations as mentioned above in letter & spirit. However, if the request of refund is submitted (in written with required documents) after the 'refund dates' are over, the institute shall not entertain it. Moreover, refund requests made verbally/orally or through telephone/e-mail/fax shall also not be entertained.
  • Any legal matter/dispute related to fee refund is subject to Kota City (Rajasthan) Jurisdiction only.
  • The Management of Resonance reserves the sole right to decide in the matter of fee refund.
  • # Study Material coupons are applicable for Kota Study Centre.

Fee Refund on Disciplinary Grounds: This is a very special provision regarding fee refund. If a whole Batch/Class or majority of its students are found to be involved in an incident of indiscipline at any point of time during the academic session; the entire Batch/Class or majority of students may be rusticated from the institute. In such a case, the fee refund will be as per the refund rules.

NOTE : Students applying for the Fee Refund are also entitled for the Distance Learning Programs at 50% concession rates which may be deducted from the refund amount.
