How to Deposit the Fee (Responsibility of Parents):

General:The Course Fee should be paid to Resonance Eduventures Limited All the students who have been declared qualified in ResoNET 2017) [for JEE (Main+Advanced) Courses] or taking direct admission [for JEE (Main) & AIIMS/ NEET Courses] can deposit their Course Fee for the Academic Session 2017-2018 through the following ways:


(B) Demand Draft/Pay Order

(1) NEFT (2) Payment Gateway (3) Debit Instruction (4) Credit/Debit Card Swiping (5) NACH


Depositing Cash/Demand Draft favouring 'Resonance' with Challan with any of the following bank accounts of Resonance:

(i) State Bank of India (Account of Resonance Eduventures Ltd. - 30969014861)

(ii) Central Bank of India (Account of Resonance Eduventures Ltd. - 3154400127)

(iii) AXIS Bank (Account of Resonance Eduventures Ltd. - 911020066348406) (EASY PAY)

(iV)YES Bank (Account of Resonance Eduventures Ltd. - 039383900000185) (RESONANCE)

(v) HDFC Bank (Account of Resonance Eduventures Ltd. - 50200016937462) (RESONANCE)

The Students have been given Bank Fee Deposition Challan in the Admission Packet for depositing fee at any of the branches of SBI/CBI/AXIS/YES/HDFC Bank across India.

NOTE:The student will have to submit the original copy of Bank Challan 'Student's Copy for Institute' at the time of admission.The final responsibility of communicating the information of fee deposition to the institute lies with the students only.

For Students who are depositing the fees in 2 or more installments, it is mandatory for them to submit a NACH (National Automated Clearing House) Form or fill and submit the DI (Debit Instruction) form for the installments at the time of depositing the 1st Installment.

Students must ensure that at the time of submission of the challan's copy to the institute, Branch Code and Journal Number must be mentioned on it. This journal number would be issued by the Bank.

The student should preserve the original copy of fee deposition (it may be Challan Copy/ Bank Receipt or the Receipt issued by institute) throughout the academic session. The student may be asked to produce it as and when required in the institute.

(B) Through DD/Pay Order:

  • The course fee can be deposited through a Demand Draft or Pay Order made in favour of "Resonance Eduventures Limited" and payable at the respective Study Centre of Resonance where the student wish to enroll for the course. The DD can be deposited in person at any of the Study Centers of Resonance.
  • The student must write his/her Name, Father's Name, Course and Application Form No. on the Back of DD/Pay order while depositing course fee.
  • If the student is sending the DD through post then it should be sent to Kota office by Registered Post/Courier immediately so that it reaches us on or before the last date of fee deposition.

The Most convenient and hassle free modes:

For the convenience of the parents/students, keeping in view the time and hassles involved in depositing fee, Resonance has made specific arrangement as regards opting the most convenient option for the payment/deposit of fee which are explained hereunder:

(1) Through NEFT mode: This can be done opting any one of the following two ways:

(i) Using your computer : Like any other payments you make using net banking through NEFT, the fee payable to Resonance Eduventures Limited can also be paid in the similar way following two steps (a) Creating 'Resonance Eduventures Limited' (IFSC Code - UTIB0CCH274) as beneficiary, and (b) transacting the payment to 'Resonance Eduventures Limited', the beneficiary.

(ii) Visiting your bank branch : If you do not have net banking facility or do not have a computer for using this facility then you still can make the on line payment of the fee payable to Resonance Eduventures Limited visiting your bank branch and by filling up a simple form prescribed by your bank for making the payment through NEFT. Please note that making payment through this mode is a better substitute in terms of cost and time involved of making payment through Demand Draft/Pay order. In accordance with the details provided through this form by you to your bank, your bank will make the on line payment through NEFT and ensure the transfer/credit of fee amount , as authorized by you, in our (Resonance) bank account.

(2) Online payment through payment gateway: Using (i) Net Banking, or (ii) Debit card, or (iii) Credit card - on the Web site :- If you wish to make online payment using computer then this is the most convenient mode of payment for which you need not to go anywhere only for the purpose of depositing the fee. If you have Net Banking facility then we advise you to opt for the same while using the payment gateway since this is the most economic mode of payment.

The facility of on line payment using Net Banking is the most economic mode of payment, which can be used only at a charge of Rs. 12/- + the applicable Service Tax, per transaction to be charged from your bank account. However, in absence of Net Banking, if you wish to pay the fee using the designated Credit or Debit Cards through the on line mode then the charge would be 45/- + the applicable service tax to be deposited.

We have made a specific feature in this mode of payment - you can also mark the amount of your second installment of fee due along with the execution date (the due date of your second/next installment due). For your convenience we will give you a reminder/SMS alert about the amount of such next fee installment due to be charged from your account a week before of such execution date.

(3) By filling up the Debit Instruction (DI) form: This is again an another convenient mode of payment which is the substitute of using your cheque book. The important feature of making the fee payment through this mode is that you can fill up the details in this form for both/all the installments payable (for payment of second/subsequent instalment the execution date will be mentioned by you which will be the due date of payment of your second/relevant instalment).

This is a direct transfer of the fees from your account to Resonance account without getting clearing involved since both the accounts are the same bank having no charges involved.

However, this mode of payment can only be used if you have bank account with any of the following eight banks, which are the designated banks with whom we have made a specific tie up:-
(i) State Bank of India (SBI) (ii) State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur (SBBJ) (iii) Punjab National Bank (iv) HDFC Bank
(v) ICICI Bank (vi) Axis Bank (vii) IDBI (Viii) Central Bank of India

This form has to be signed by the Account Holder only, who will sign in the appropriate boxes on the bottom of the form towards the right hand side of the form. Please make sure that your signatures on the form should match to your signatures with the bank and all the details are filled up correctly especially your bank account number and the roll number. The DI form number will be the same as your Roll number. By using this mode of payment you can avoid making a separate visit to your bank or any other specific arrangement for this purpose. For your convenience we will give you a reminder about the due amount of such next fee installment to be charged from your account a week before such execution date.

While using this mode, please make sure to make available the adequate balance in your bank account before the execution date(s) as applicable.

(4) By swiping the Credit/Debit Card: The other convenient mode of fee payment is through credit or debit card by swiping the same on the EDC machines at the respective centre of Resonance. The due amount of fee through credit card can be paid provided there is adequate available limit in the respective credit card(s). In case of this swiping mode the convenience fee of 1%+service tax will be charged from you. You are also supposed to bring the one of the ID proofs of the Card Holder at the time of swiping of card such as PAN card, Driving License, Voters card, or Aadhar Card.

This mode of fee payment may be convenient for you under certain specific circumstances, however, in order to avoid this convenience fee we advise you to use the other convenient modes for payment of fee.

We have made a specific tie up in case of HDFC Credit Card for payment of fee in 3, 6, 9, 12 monthly installments (EMIs) which will involve a rate of interest in the rage of 13 to 16% p.a. for your comfort and convenience.

(5) National Automated Clearing House (NACH):National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) has implemented "National Automated Clearing House (NACH)" for Banks, Financial Institutions, Corporates and Government a web based solution to facilitate interbank, high volume, electronic transactions which are repetitive and periodic in nature. NACH System can be used for making bulk transactions towards distribution of subsidies, dividends, interest, salary, pension etc. and also for bulk transactions towards collection of payments pertaining to telephone, electricity, water, loans, investments in mutual funds, insurance premium etc.

How is it used?
All Banks in India who are members of any Payment System / Channel approved by the Reserve Bank of India would be allowed to participate on NACH system as "Destination Banks", on submission of necessary Agreement. These Banks would be allowed to process transactions through NACH, as well as, process Mandates and update the Aadhaar Mapper. They would be allowed to participate on NACH system as "Users", on submission of necessary Agreement, through their Sponsor Bank.
