Resonance is a system-oriented organization where we emphasize on success in competitive examinations through various factors like teaching methodology, faculty members, study material, periodic testing system, academic research & development, competitive benchmarking, learning environment, performance measurement, monitoring analysis & improvement, motivation & counseling and co-academic care & students welfare.
We have a large pool of competent, qualified & experienced team of faculty members in all the subjects. Hence, as a system; we are committed towards the effective & satisfactory course completion of the students enrolled with us in various Programs with the aim of their success in various competitive examinations.
We, as a system also take every possible step to ensure the stability & continuing association of faculty members with us. We take all possible measures to keep our faculty members motivated and inspired to work for the success of our students. That is why we have one of the lowest attrition rates of faculty members in the coaching field. However, in today's dynamic environment we can not 'fully' ensure the continuation & commitment of all the faculty members for the whole academic session with us. At times, it happens that some faculty members quit during the academic session due to some reasons but we have the adequate & competent faculty members all the time as their worthy replacement.
