Q.1 My ward is studying in your institute, I have paid full amount of fee but
as per your norms he is eligible for 25% scholarship.How I can get the amount of
scholarship ?
Ans.Dear Sir, You have to submit your student document like Resonance I-card, 10th
class mark sheet. Your cheque has been prepared. We will definitely handover it
to the student today.
Q2.My ward is studying in your institute. . My contact information has change
so please update the new contact details and make amendment in your records.
Ans.Dear sir, As per the rules of our institute, if u want to change your mobile
no. you have to submit one Id proof & application or you can also mail us an
application and scan copy of ID proof.
Q3.My ward has some health problem so he will not be able to attend the classes
for a month, can you arrange Test papers, sheets and other study material at my
home.
Ans. Yes, sure we will send u study material at your home within a week.
Q4. I am a student of DLP at Resonance .I have some doubts in my study material,
how I can get the solution of my doubts.
Ans. Dear student we have provided you the some of the solution of our study material
apart from that if u have any doubt, you can solve the doubt in three modes:
a. You can send the doubt through mail to dlpd@resonance.ac.in.
The format of doubt shall be as follows: Sheet Name/Page No. /Question No.
b. You can send the doubt through post
c. You can register your doubt through telephonically (Call at 0744-3022244/45).
Q5. Where does my ward stand among other students in Resonance? I even want
to know the student strength and whether the performance of my ward is excellent,
good or average. Give me information by mail or sms.
Your ward’s performance is good but if we will see the last performance in PT-3
it indicates that he is gradually improving. Student needs to work hard, for any
guidance you can talk to Mr R.K.Sharma Sr. Manager (Student Welfare).
