Profile : He is the management face of the organization. Before joining Resonance;
he had worked with AMUL in Gujarat for six years. He has keen interest in Strategic
Management, Academic Planning & Management, Human Resource Development (HRD),
Management Information System (MIS) and Innovation & Quality Management.
He is an avid reader of management theories & books and strives to execute them
in academics and administrative management along the lines of corporate governance.

Responsibility : He is a key member of
Strategic & Academic Planning Team and he also leads all the non-academic
functions of Resonance. He is coordinating all Academic, Co-Academic, Administrative
& General Management Functions across the organization for efficient functioning
& enhance performance of the over all system. He is also involve in Strategic
Management and Business Decision making process. He is having close coordination
and communication with various Centre Heads (CHs).

Kirti Singh Songara

Profile : He has been working with Resonance since September 2005. Prior
to Resonance, He was working with AMUL in Palanpur Gujarat & was looking after
the Production, Purchase & Inventory Management, Quality Management & New
Product Development. He joined Resonance as Sr. Manager (Distance Learning Programme
Division) but later on he also took charge of overall Operations of the Institute.
His Hard Work & ever smiling face earned him a lot of respect & reputation
amongst the Institute’s Team & students both.

Profile : He has been working with Resonance since 1st August 2005.
Before Joining Resonance; he had worked with Air Control & Chemical Engineering
Co. Ltd. in Ahmedabad for 8.5 years. He has special expertise in Human Engineering.

Nilesh Gupta

Profile : He started his career in Air force as Aeronautic Engineer. After
working six years he took voluntary retirement & went for higher education at
IIM Ahmedabad. Studied there for1 year but the passion to join educational
field kept attracted him and he dropped his studies in-between. With strong
interpersonal, communication and organizational skill & the desire explore the
hidden talent of students at class VII, VIII, IX & X he joined Resonance PCCP
division in 2007. Having belief in continuous innovations & to discover potential
of young mind, he has not only incorporated various innovative ideas but has also
implemented them in the frame of various scholarship based competitive examinations.
